FRT GmbH from Bergisch Gladbach has once again won the IVAM Marketing Prize. The company has been awarded the 11th IVAM Marketing Prize in Dortmund on April 4 at the evening reception of the one-day-conference High-Tech Summit in Dortmund, thus successfully defending the award for innovative and creative high-tech marketing.
Diversity campaign conveys work climate
FRT, expert in the field of 3D surface metrology, was able to prevail over its competitors with a comprehensive relaunch concept in the previous year. This year, the medium-sized company applied with a personnel marketing campaign on “diversity”. The aim was to compete with large companies in winning over and hiring the best professionals by conveying the "great work climate" via social media with creative postings. In the campaign, several aspects were emphasized in various media formats: a "diversity video" provides graphically enhanced facts about the diversity of the workforce. In a “Hello-World-Day video”, employees greet their potential new colleagues by welcoming them with a "hello" in their mother language.
Ebnet Medical and Micro MIM Japan were finalists
This year, the jury nominated three finalists from the pool of international applications. In addition to FRT GmbH, the medical technology start-up Ebnet Medical GmbH from Schwerin and the OEM company Micro MIM Japan from Osaka were the nominated finalists for the 11th IVAM Marketing Prize.
Microtechnology and marketing experts evaluated concepts
The jury, consisting of microtechnology and marketing experts, judged by rating criteria like creativity, innovation, aesthetics, informative content, relevance, originality and the strategic, technical and target-group-specific approach. This years’ jury members were Jörg Brück from exhibition organizer Fleet Events, Simone Herrmann from TechnologieZentrumDortmund, Janina Lehr from the digitization initiative ruhr:HUB, Marian Lancki from K. Lancki und M. Lancki Ingenieurbüro, Markus Thamm from Salcon International, and Dr. Ernst-Rudolf Weidlich from GRT GmbH & Co. KG.
