Dominique Bouwes from Micronit in Dortmund/Enschede is to become the new Chairwoman of the Board of the IVAM Microtechnology Network. She succeeds Dr. Lutz Aschke from Mahr GmbH in Göttingen, who resigned from his position after 15 years on the board.
Martin Hovestadt from Jüke Systemtechnik GmbH in Altenberge and Dr. Albert Hasper from the Dutch company PHIX in Enschede were also newly elected to the IVAM board. The previous board member Dr. Hans van den Vlekkert, LioniX International BV, is also retiring after 14 years on the IVAM board. The other board members were confirmed in their positions.
The five members of the board are now Dominique Bouwes as chairwoman of the board, Matthias Lorenz of AEMtec GmbH as deputy chairman, Bärbel Schilling of Plan Optik AG, Martin Hovestadt and Dr. Albert Hasper.
The elections took place on May 5, 2022, during the IVAM General Meeting at Dortmunder U.
