Multiphoton Optics GmbH sells 3D Lithography Equipment with major focus on manufacturing of optical packages. We supply a process that automates high-precision opto-electronics assembly and allow interconnecting optical components, Silicon or III/V Photonic Chips. Multiphoton Optics has launched its first customized, stand-alone 3D Lithography Equipment platform LithoProf3D® in February 2015. The equipment is available for standard 3D structuring jobs and sophisticated work flows with selectable exposure strategies – 3D printing from the sub-100 nm to the cm scale with highest precision for photonic and biomedical products.
