New IVAM website - more visibility for members

Since the beginning of August IVAM Microtechnology Network is online with a new website. Interested visitors find at www.ivam.de news, event information, surveys and contact details of companies which are active in the fields of micro- and nanotechnology.
 
Special attention is given to the clearly laid out presentation of business foci, which start the future markets for MST-companies: medical technology, engineering/production, “green” technologies and advanced materials. By the help of a filter, varied information can be shown tailor-made for each user. For example, visitors who are explicitly interested in news or dates realting medical technology, do not need to search far to inform themselves comprehensively .
 
The IVAM Research division, which deals with economic data and projects, is now fully integrated into the new website. Member companies and -institutes will find useful information there, for example open calls for tender supported research projects. 
 
Altogether the new internet presence provides a considerably greater visibility for the IVAM members. All members are presented with their logo at a glance. Upcoming events now are publicly available for all visitors in the calendar, not anymore only in the protected login area. As of autumn, companies and institutes additionally will have the possibility to upload their job offers and upcoming events by themselves.
