The company ACEOS from Fürth/Germany received the 2nd IVAM-Marketingprize. The award ceremony took place within a networking event in the industrial museum “Zeche Zollern“, Dortmund on March 25. The event was organized by the IVAM Microtechnology Network in cooperation with the network pro Ruhrgebiet. Jury member Prof. Klaus Meerholz handed over the award to two ACEOS-representatives: Dr. Markus Schotters, CEO, accepted the prize together with Gunnar Jung, director product management.
The ACEOS GmbH develops, manufactures and sells sensors and devices to analyse breath gas for example for the sports and fitness industry. ACEOS applied fort he prize with the development, implementation and positioning of a new brand called „aerolution“. Brand name, corporate design and communication were planned for the B2B and B2C -Area. Seven IVAM-members from four nations applied for the second IVAM-Marketingprize with impressive marketing concepts. The jury choose four companies as nominees. Beside ACEOS title holder alpha-board from Berlin, LIMO Lissotschenko Mikrooptik GmbH from Dortmund and 3D-Micromac AG from Chemnitz were among the finalists.
Using a scoring method, the jury, consisting of IVAMs advisory board, identified the finalists and the winner. Strategic and target-group orientated concept, creativity, innovation and originality were the main assessment criteria.
