The mp6-OEM is a small, easy to use, low cost driving circuit developed for the mp6 micropump from Bartels Mikrotechnik GmbH. For both prototype manufacturing and use in serial products, the mp6-OEM controller is applicable in accordance to the customer’s needs by adaptation of the control parameters requested by the application.

Key features of the micropump mp6 are next to the small size and low weight its robustness, long lifetime and high reliability. Furthermore it offers universal capabilities for liquids and gases.

The control of the mp6 via the mp6-OEM module allows flexible adjustment of flow performance in accordance to the application requirements. It generates up to 235 V peak to peak voltages from a 3-5 V supply. Its low power consumption makes it ideal for battery powered handheld devices or even solar powered devices.

The module can be integrated into an existing PCB design like a 14 pin DIL package. A built in interface allows the user to adapt frequency and/or amplitude to the application by the use of a few additional components or a micro controller. For operation with fixed parameters of 100 Hz/235 V, only jumpers need to be applied. Examples of circuitry can be provided.
