We connect individuals, companies, networks and organizations and bring together people of all educational and thematic orientations without class discrimination in a value chain to form a movement. Our goal is to transform our society into a sustainable and responsible society – for people and the environment – with an open and positively oriented mindset. We regard economic, ecological and social goals as a unit and do not see them as a contradiction, but as a strength. We further develop this strength by promoting mutual and interdisciplinary knowledge transfer with curated content, the development of ideas, self-confidence, training of skills, mutual support and mutual respect. Through this transfer of knowledge, in which the different perspectives of our members on the addressed topics of our society flow, we achieve a mutual understanding and thus understanding for each other, which reduces blockages and blocking. This allows us to improve conditions for everyone more quickly and further sharpen our focus on positive development.
We use the collective knowledge and collective intelligence of our members, partners, sponsors and guests. We work together as a team to achieve measurable results in selected subject areas to improve the living conditions of people, taking social, economic, and ecological consequences into account. We consider technologies as a tool that can be found naturally in all areas of life and should help us to make our lives easier and better. Through the barrier-free* exchange of fact-based, curated knowledge and actionable solutions to the respective topics, we support our members in making the solutions practically applicable in their environment, regardless of whether it is a school, private or business environment. By empowering our members, identifying their talents and developing their skills, we enable more people to access the skilled job market, helping our member companies find the right workforce in less time than usual.
Regardless of where a person stands, we pick them up: whether in kindergarten, in a secondary school, at work, at home or on the street. The generation of ideas, the building of self-confidence, the development of skills, the use of untapped potential, mutual understanding, mutual support and mutual respect knows no status.
