The Lasertec Company is a highly professional industrial OEM production facility, for difficult sensitive markets like medicine, electronics, space technology, automotive, watches & juwelery, individual linear and rotative scales for measurements in high precision machine building industry and others. For more than 20 years Lasertec focusses on micro processing using UKP laser systems with ps- and fs- second pulses on a wide range of radiation from UV to IR.
Lasertec is operating two production facilities in Netherland, where the group is headquartered and two sales facilities in Switzerland and Germany. In many cases our service starts in the early stages of process development with and for the customer, ending up not only in production of samples and pre-series, but in production of full series, which may be millions of pieces per year.
As we are well established in highly sensitive markets, the production takes place in a clean room, class 8. Upon request we will also provide a 100 % quality control along with refferring documentation, which will be generated simultaneously to the production process.
It would be a pleasure for us to attend and support you setting up a new project. For a first evaluation we just need a drawing showing dimensions, tolerances and quantities. Of course we sign an NDA in beforehand, as most of our customers in sensitive market environments set this as obligatory.

Processing of medical materials is one of our core competences; for more than 20 years the Lasertec Group is a production service provider for the medical device industry, where we process and optimise different products made out of silicone. For example deburring smallest rests left behind by injection molding, or finishing stamped injection moulded medical products by laser drilling small holes, avoiding mechanical deformations during the process. As well as drilling, slitting, welding of metals like Stainless Steel, Nitinol or Titanium are services we offer to our customers.
Also in many cases we step in as long as mass production facilities and equipment cannot yet be established economically, such as in stamping process projects. Here in most cases it seems more economic to get the first couple of (ten) thousands of samples cut by laser rather than producing a complex and expensive stamping tool in that early stage.
One of our key processing knowledges is drilling holes as small as < 10µm, process secured with smallest tolerances below 1µm. Other processing features are cutting, engraving, structuring and even micro welding. Beside a huge variety of metals and alloys, such as Stainless Steel or Nitinol, we also process various plastics, medical silicone, ceramics, glass and tungsten carbide.
