IVAM Microtechnology Network
since 1998, AVT-Förderverein (Association for the Promotion of Packaging and Interconnection Technologies) supports the transfer of packaging and interconnection technologies for (micro) electronics, microsystems technology and mechatronics from science and research into practical application in industry. Joint projects help the members find new segments for their business activities. Most of the currently 14 members are enterprises that offer packaging and interconnection, microelectronics, mechatronics and microsystems technology.
