Sensirion, the expert for safe and reliable medical applications, is presenting its innovative sensors for the measurement and control of gas and liquid flows, differential pressure, humidity and temperature. The SFM3000 platform offers a wide range of mass flow meters for respiratory applications and also includes autoclavable flow sensors. For the first time, the flow sensor range now includes disposable mass flow meters. Furthermore, Sensirion presents the world’s smallest differential pressure sensor, which opens up countless new integration and application possibilities.
