ISRA Vision AG and its subsidiary 3D-Shape GmbH have a variety of measurement principles at hand, covering a broad spectrum of applications. Thus, the both companies are an ideal partner for measurement needs in several industries. With the innovative technology of 3D-Shape, three-dimensional images of microscopic to full, meter-sized objects can be generated. Exacting measurement demands are met with highest precision. The sensors developed by 3D-Shape are in place worldwide – in the automotive and electronics industries, medical technology, tool making, optical systems and many more. User-friendly software facilitates optimal processing and analysis of three-dimensional data. Direct cooperation with end-users enables 3D-Shape to translate emerging needs into measurement solutions in a timely manner. In cooperation with system integrators, complex systems can also be realized on the production line.

KORAD3D High precision white light interferometer for quality control The flexibility of KORAD3D with regard to the composition of surfaces offers a diverse range of applications. All kinds of materials in various states of processing and even translucent objects can be measured with an accuracy of a few microns or even nanometers without contacting. The KORAD3D family of sensors enables a wide variety of applications because of its various modifications and universal construction: - Quality assurance at production lines (100% inspection) - Measurements of electronic parts and components - Measuring individual parts for shape acquisition and inspection purposes - Measuring even ceramic, silicon, human skin and rubber - Roughness measurements for quality inspection The data acquisition and processing software SoftKORAD3D can be thoroughly controlled via its integrated DCOM interface by other programs. SpecGAGE3D Optical 3d-sensor to measure specular free-form surfaces Using our new area type 3D sensor SpecGAGE3D, specular surfaces like those of eyeglass lenses, car bodies, plastic films, solar cells, hard disks, etc. can be measured quickly and very accurately in a cost efficient manner. This product provides a tool for development and quality assurance departments to improve the production process in order to avoid manufacturing errors and, consequently, to minimize costs. The 3D-sensor is based on the principle of phase measuring deflectometry. To calculate the local slope of a surface a fringe pattern with a sinusoidal profile is projected onto a ground glass. A video camera observes the reflections of this pattern via the surface under test. The local slope of the surface can directly be calculated from the distortions of the observed fringe pattern. The local surface curvature is simply the first derivative of the local slope.
