CG.TEC manufactures customized micro-technical parts out of injection. We process material such as PEEK, PES, PEI, PPS, LCP. The production is highly automated to achieve quality and cost-effective parts.
We produce components for different fields of activity: Fluidics (housing, water meters, solenoid valves) medical (implants, packaging, instruments, disposables), microfluidics (lab-on-chips), electronics (insulators, bobins, micro-motors, wheels), automotive (wipers, impellers, bushings)...
ENGINEERING: Moldflow MPI rheology simulations are crossed-linked with our experience to determine the part feasibility. These analysis influence the product and mold designs.
MOLD MANUFACTURE: Tight precision scales and repeatability out of multi-cavity tools can only be obtained through ultra precise machining centers: EDM machine with oil, micro-milling machine with integrated three-dimensional control system.
